RETURN
POLICY |

All products
may be returned for a full refund for any shipment and for
any reason within 30 days of receipt.
PROVIDING THAT
THE RETURNED PRODUCT'S IS LIMITED TO UN-OPENED ITEMS.
ALL OTHER ITEMS RETURNED MUST BE IN NEW, UNUSED CONDITION,
WITH ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING MATERIALS.
We do not sell used products and will not accept a product
with any indication that the product was used or mishandled.
In such cases the product will be returned to the purchaser.
(Bulk and wholesale orders may not be returned. All other
returns Are Subject To A 20% Restocking Charge. Products
received damaged will be exchanged with proof of damage And
Or An Insurance Claim Will Be Filed For Insured Articles
will be paid at time of settlement.

RMA NUMBER MUST BE WRITTEN ON YOUR RETURNED PACKAGE. AN
E-MAIL WITH INSTRUCTS WILL BE ISSUED. ANY PRODUCT RETURNED
WITHOUT AN RMA # WILL BE REFUSED. ANY RETURNED PRODUCTS
SHOULD INCLUDE A COPY OF THE ORIGINAL INVOICE AND SHOULD BE

UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS:
PRODUCTS RETUNED BECAUSE THEY WERE NOT PERMITTED IN YOUR
COUNTRY, RETURNED BECAUSE YOU DID NOT ACCEPT DELIVERY OR
WHERE NOT HOME AFTER SEVERAL DELIVERY NOTICES IS YOUR
RESPONSIBILITY, WE WILL REFUND THE ENTIRE PURCHASE PRICE
LESS ORIGINAL SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES ONCE RECEIVED
BACK BY US. A RETURN RESTOCKING FEE OF 20% WILL BE DEDUCTED.
PRODUCTS STOLEN, DAMAGED OR REMOVED FROM THE ORIGINAL
SHIPPING BOX WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE FINAL CREDIT DUE YOU.
IF YOUR ORDER WAS INSURED YOU WILL BE CREDITED FOR LOSS.

(888) 850-9100, (M-F 10:00AM to 6:00PM EST) WITHIN 24 HOURS
AFTER YOUR RECEIPT OF SHIPMENT. WE WILL THEN CONTACT THE
SHIPPING COMPANY FOR VISUAL INSPECTION OF THE MERCHANDISE
AND BOX. WE WILL ISSUE YOU FULL CREDIT FOR THE AMOUNT OF ANY
CONFIRMED DAMAGED MERCHANDISE. merchandise.
